- Prepare for and participate in leadership development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong interest in long-term career growth, including potential Chick-fil-A LDP participation
- Passion for service, people, and excellence
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
