The Role

As a BOH Crew Member, you will be cross-trained on all positions (fry, breading, boards, machines.) To succeed here, you need a relentlessly positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work seamlessly under pressure alongside your team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare food for the breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes using approved recipes.
• Ensure top-tier quality, perfect serving temperatures, and strict portion control.
• Maintain Standards: Follow all food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain your kitchen workstations throughout your shift.
• Set the restaurant up for a successful transition to the next team.

What We’re Looking For

• A Team Player: An upbeat, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn both front and back-of-house roles. (Previous quick-service or cooking experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude!)
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25+ pounds.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Likely to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-employment background check to obtain an airport security badge.
