Responsibilities

• Drafting agreements and structuring/negotiating acquisition finance and restructuring deals
• Performing commercial due diligence for Lenders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions
• Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders
• Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service
• Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois
• Must pass a background check as a condition for employment

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $225,000 to $350,000.
