CHHA - Weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
• Absorb clients with activities of daily living which include: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation
• Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements

Requirements

• NJ CHHA certification required
• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid driver's license with an insured automobile
• Smartphone
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull
• Variated assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
