CHHA per diem, full time hours

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care prepared by an RN.
• Absorb clients with daily personal needs including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation.
• Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements.

Requirements

• NJ CHHA certification required
• Current CPR certification
• Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid driver's license with an insured automobile
• Smartphone
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull
• Variated assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
