Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in clients’ residences
- Aid with personal care, including hygiene and grooming
- Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises
- Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep
- Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans
Requirements
- Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred
- Comfort using a smartphone for schedules and documentation (support available if needed)
- Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards
- Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient in nature
Skills
- Active and Certified in Home Health Aide or Prior experience as a caregiver (certification is a plus)
- CPR/First Aid AED (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
