Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their own homes
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients with personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Aid in mobility and transfer assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case managers to ensure seamless care

What You Need

• Active CHHA License (required)
• Valid ID or Driver’s License
• 2-step PPD (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray
• Physical exam
• Immunization records (MMR)
• I-9 documents (SS card, passport, etc.)
