Responsibilities
- Execute work specified on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services needed, providing estimates for extra repairs.
- Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- One year or more of experience in basic car care is helpful but not required.
- A customer-focused attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers.
- Willingness to work Saturdays.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
