Pay

  • Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
  • Overtime Pay: $32.25 per hour

Schedule

  • First Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Every other Wednesday: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift operator’s license/certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment
  • Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
  • High level of accuracy, even under pressure
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must follow health and safety methods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Some positions may require additional screening, including employment/education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer-specific badging or background requirements.
