Cherry Picker Operator Warehouse 1st Shift

Location: Chambersburg, PA 17202

Pay

Weekly hourly pay: $21.00 per hour. Overtime pay: $31.50 per hour.

Schedule

First Shift: Sunday‑Tuesday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Wednesday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production shifts.
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator’s license (certified).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
• Professional relationship building with peers, supervisors, and customers.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lb and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow health and safety methods and work a flexible schedule.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
