Chemistry Subject Matter Expert - AI Training

About the role

We are seeking a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert to join our team as an AI Training Analyst or Contractor. This position will be remote and open to US-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and analysis related to AI training in chemistry
• Developing and implementing AI models for chemical data processing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models
• Documenting processes and findings for future reference and improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in AI or machine learning
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Knowledge of cheminformatics and computational chemistry
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or a related field preferred
• Experience with AI tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
