About the role
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting software issues, assisting with data analysis, and implementing new technologies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Assist with data analysis and reporting
- Implement and configure new software and hardware solutions
- Document procedures and best practices for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a technical support specialist or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud-based systems and services
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
