What's the Job?

• Complete formulas and follow up on their stability to ensure quality and consistency
• Create prototype formulas and perform modifications to meet product specifications
• Provide creative and resourceful solutions to issues that arise during product development
• Collaborate with various support groups within R&D to facilitate project success
• Maintain a minimum of 5 basic projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Proficiency in computer literacy and data management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Strong team-player attitude with a positive outlook
