6-month contract position in Clark, NJ (possible extension) at a pay rate of $25/hour on W2.

About the role

Develop, troubleshoot, and refine cosmetic formulations. Responsibilities include:

• Completing and adjusting formulas to ensure stability
• Creating prototype formulas and modifying them to meet product specifications
• Providing creative and resourceful solutions to issues during product development
• Collaborating with various R&D support groups
• Maintaining a minimum of five active projects at any time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-player mindset and positive attitude
