About the role

Join our Quality Control team and gain hands-on experience performing laboratory testing that helps ensure product quality and safety. You'll work with a variety of testing methods, learn new laboratory techniques, and build valuable experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory analysis
• Run laboratory tests including pH, wet chemistry, and other routine analytical methods
• Record and review test results following established procedures
• Communicate findings with production and quality teams
• Assist with maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
• Support continuous improvement projects and daily laboratory operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science field preferred
• Laboratory experience through coursework, research, internships, or industry experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.26 - $28.96/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
