Position: Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology & Drug Discovery ScientistType: ContractCompensation: $45 - $90/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesDesign and write challenging scientific problems in computational chemistry, structural biology, and drug discovery with verifiable solutions.Review and evaluate AI model outputs for scientific accuracy and depth of reasoning, identifying subtle errors.Develop detailed rubrics and reference answers grounded in primary literature and established methodology.Apply domain expertise in molecular modeling, protein structure prediction, virtual screening, and data analysis.Provide clear written explanations of reasoning for validation by other experts.Meet quality standards through iterative feedback and peer review cycles. RequirementsPhD in Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.Hands-on research experience in an academic or industry lab.Professional written and spoken English (C1 or higher).Postdoctoral or industry research experience in drug discovery or structural biology is preferred.Strong publication record, particularly first-author papers in relevant journals.
