Chemical Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting product and system solutions
- Train both customers and coworkers on the proper use and procedures of products/equipment
- Provide prompt, personal, and reliable services to meet customer needs
- Assist/lead installing laundry, ware wash, and food processing dispensing systems
- Develop relationships with customers and coworkers on the sales team to create a seamless organization for the customer
- Service assigned customers to route on a regularly scheduled basis
- Install, maintain, and repair dispensing equipment as well as demonstrate safe equipment use
- Independently understand customer’s cleaning needs to proactively identify solutions that best meet customer expectations
- Perform skilled mechanical/electrical work to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, repair, modify, and install machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems
- Follow specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings
- Use appropriate tools for the job and comply with all company safety policies
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required or necessary, report accidents or emergencies, operate equipment/safety
- Aid outside vendors and/or contractors by providing information or lending assistance for work conducted at specified locations

About the Role
This role will interact directly with customers in the Food Service, Laundry, and Food Processing industries.

- Pay range: $28 - $38 per hour
