Chemical Process Engineer

About the role

The Chemical Process Engineer will support the Mechanical Project Design group. Chemical engineering project support includes participation in designs ranging from scope definition, feasibility and conceptual studies, and preliminary/detailed designs.

Responsibilities

• Flowsheet development (block diagrams, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs)
• Analyses and calculations
• Reports/studies and Process Descriptions preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• 10 – 20+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in process design of complex nuclear or chemical facilities

Requirements

• United States Citizenship
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE Q Security Clearance. Active Q preferred.
