About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and bringing new food products to market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs
• Create and refine product concepts based on market insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales
• Develop detailed product specifications and prototypes
• Manage the product development process from concept to launch

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or related field
• Strong understanding of food science principles and product development methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
• Experience with product development software and tools
• Fluency in English

Pay
