Chemical Development Engineer II

About the role

The Chemical Development Engineer II will be responsible for developing and optimizing chemical processes within the Critical Metals Extraction division. This includes conducting experiments, analyzing data, and refining processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for the extraction of critical metals from various materials.
• Conduct experiments to test new formulations and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements into existing operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on process development and troubleshooting.
• Document all experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in chemical engineering or process development.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
