Responsibilities

• Prepare various Tanzanian and international dishes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade
• Handle food preparation and menu planning
• Maintain the highest standards of taste and presentation for customers

Schedule

This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure excellent service delivery for our guests.
