About the role

We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to oversee both the culinary and food service operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, innovation, and hands-on management.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Menu development with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
• Cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management
• Exposition cooking and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP)
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience (desirable)

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or a restaurant setting with inventory and purchasing knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Working knowledge of HACCP
• ServSafe certification (a plus)

$65,000–$70,000 per year
