You’re Responsibilities

• Responsible for guest comment scores in the outlets.
• Ensure that all Commis follow the relevant sanitation requirements.
• Ensure that all responsibilities and tasks are completed as directed by the Sous Chef.
• Support the Sous Chef by providing solutions and alternatives where necessary.

Our Requirements

• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• At least three years previous experience in the same capacity in a similar environment required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• First Aid, Fire Safety, Health and Kitchen Safety Trainings preferred.
