Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen and food safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with the team to deliver dishes to guests on time.

Qualifications

• Confidence in running a section of the kitchen independently.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, fresh‑food pub or restaurant.
• Willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
