Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef, with a strong background in Michelin-starred establishments, fine dining, and Asian cuisine
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills, including team training and quality control
- Exceptional expertise in menu creation, fine dining presentation, and consistency
- Solid knowledge of food cost control, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ability to deliver creativity and operational excellence in a luxury Island resort environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity in a similar environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills & computer literate
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional training is required
