- Provide expert advice on cheese selection and pairing
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Organize special events and tastings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cheese varieties and their origins
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
