Cheese Production Specialist - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Join Masters Gallery Foods as a Cheese Production Specialist on a 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday) from 2:00PM-10:00PM. Starting Pay (Level I): $25.10/hour, increasing to $26.97/hour after 90 days with a $1.00/hour shift differential.

What You’ll Do

• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines
• Remove all packaging from cheese
• Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed
• Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lbs. per lift)
• Operate cutting and shredding equipment (both automated and manual)
• Track inventory using RF scanners
• Auxiliary duties as needed

• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally 60 lbs.)
• Comfort standing for long periods
• Strong commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail for quality inspection
• Basic math skills for reading and calculating
• Reliable attendance to keep production running smoothly
