CHEER COACH HIGH SCHOOL BOYS WRESTLING

About the role

Planning and conducting practices, drills, and game-day supervision for the High School Varsity Cheerleading program. This is a temporary/seasonal coaching position for grades 9-12.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction and guidance to student cheerleaders, focusing on skill development
• Observes and analyzes performance of cheerleaders, providing feedback and adjustments in a safe manner
• Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance
• Helps organize team travel and logistics
• Communicates with students and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athletes

Qualifications

• Currently hold BOEE Licensure of Coaching Endorsement or Authorization
• Also accepting and will help financial certification of Stunt Training as applicable
