Pay

Hourly wage: $17.50 – $30.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the role

Front End Checkout associates run registers, smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Operate checkout registers and process customer transactions
• Greet, thank, and assist customers with questions and needs
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude throughout the shift
• Stand for extended periods while performing duties
