Responsibilities

• Provide a high-level, friendly greeting to all guests exiting the store
• Verify receipts for purchases; if receipt is missing, suggest to customer/employee to pay for unpaid merchandise and notify management of all such incidents
• Notify management and Loss Prevention of vandalism, robbery, fires, shoplifting, pickpockets, soliciting, loitering, and violent crimes
• Perform bag checks on all employees as they depart the store at the front door
• Maintain a position of visibility at the front of the store by the exit doors at all times
• Assist in protecting company property against theft
• Assist management with reducing and preventing shrink
• Observe and report to management any suspicious persons or behavior
• Able to serve as a witness during apprehensions of internal and external theft

Requirements
