Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Checker - #65 in North Long Beach (ages 16-17). Located at 2185 E. South St. Suite 101, Long Beach, California, 90805.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards
• Process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently
• Perform cash register operations
• Safeguard company assets
• Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Able to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of times

Qualifications

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
