About the role
Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Checker - #64 in San Ysidro, California. This role is open to candidates aged 16-17.
Responsibilities
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards
- Process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Perform cash register operations
- Safeguard company assets
- Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
- Regularly bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods of time
Qualifications
- Basic PC/Outlook skills
