About the role

The Checker - 065 Dallas Fort Worth-Ledbetter (ages 16-17) Store 065 Dallas Ledbetter is seeking candidates who can provide excellent Customer Service, love their Community, and love Food. This role is part of the Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards
• Process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently
• Perform cash register operations
• Safeguard company assets
• Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to read and write Spanish/English
• Ability to interact with general public and co-workers
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

• Retail Management Certificate
