Check-In/Check-Out Representative - Emerald Urgent Care

About the role

The Check-In/Check-Out Representative supports the reception department at Emerald Urgent Care Clinic, playing a crucial part in enhancing patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes for appointments.
• Ensure smooth flow of patient traffic and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle inquiries from patients regarding clinic policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external parties as needed.
• Rotate shifts monthly as follows: Week 1 - Mon-Wed: 7:45am-8:15pm, Week 2 - Thu-Fri: 7:45am-8:15pm, Sat: 7:45am-5:15pm.

Requirements

• High School/GED degree.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous medical office or call center experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Interpreter preferred.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
