About the role
Location: Adelphi, MD (Hybrid or Remote). Working hours: EST. Duration: 6+ months. Hire type: W2 contract.
Requirements
Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience.
- Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 – 4+ years hands‑on production experience preferred (Waterfall Dialogs, Custom Middleware, ConversationState / UserState, Dialog management).
- C# / .NET – strong hands‑on production development experience.
- Conversational AI / Chatbot Development – 6+ years overall software development with significant experience building and supporting enterprise chatbots/conversational applications.
- MuleSoft – hands‑on experience with API/enterprise integration.
- Salesforce Integration – experience integrating chatbots/applications with Salesforce (Case Management, Live Chat, APIs).
- PeopleSoft Integration – experience integrating applications/chatbots with PeopleSoft via APIs, middleware, or enterprise integration layers.
- Azure CLU / LUIS – hands‑on experience with conversational NLU, intent recognition, entities, and routing.
- Adaptive Cards – experience developing/customizing Microsoft Adaptive Cards for chatbot experiences.
- Azure OpenAI / GPT – hands‑on experience integrating Azure OpenAI/GPT with Bot Framework or conversational applications.
- Modern Microsoft AI – experience with one or more: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry, Foundry Agent Service, Agents 365 / related Microsoft agent technologies.
