Chat Operator & Database Administrator (Dutch Speaking in Poland)

Responsibilities

• To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
• Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
• Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database
• SUPPORTING of our database cleaning and expansion projects

Requirements

• Living in Poland
• A first experience in customer support is a plus
• High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
• Strong written and verbal skills in Dutch (C2) and English (business proficiency)
• French and German language skills (business proficiency) is a plus
• Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
