Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services
- Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously
- Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Able to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently
- Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous
- Proficiency with computers and chat support software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Benefits
- The WEEKLY COMMISSION will be paid based on performance
- You receive an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour
- Monthly COMMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, you must work 150 HOURS and resolve 91% or higher
