Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services
  • Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously
  • Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Able to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently
  • Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous
  • Proficiency with computers and chat support software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Benefits

  • The WEEKLY COMMISSION will be paid based on performance
  • You receive an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour
  • Monthly COMMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, you must work 150 HOURS and resolve 91% or higher
