Chassis Technician

About the role

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced Chassis Technician to join their team in Nashville (Lebanon), TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance of RVs
• Coordinate with service department members for work authorizations and factory approvals
• Follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs
• Track materials and equipment used
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and walk-through demonstrations
• Present a professional image; promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines; maintain a clean work area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have RV experience: working with Class B and Super C’s
• Advance knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience working with Generators
• Experience with Fluid/Filter Changes
• Experience working on Brakes, Air Bags, Steering
• Experience with Diesel Pushers - working on Axels, undercarriage
• Preferred Certifications: Onan, Aqua Hot, Oasis
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• This is a customer-facing role which requires a professional image and delivery of exceptional customer service skills
• Ensures adherence to workplace safety guidelines; maintains a clean workspace
• Professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, ethical standards, and ability to prioritize across competing demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate challenges and opportunities concisely and clearly
• RVIA Certification (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

$50 flat rate and up to a $6 hourly bonus

Schedule

Gold Shift: Thursday - Sunday, alternate Sunday; 7:00am - 7:00pm
