Chart Analyst (FT) - Seacoast
Responsibilities
- Maintains HIPAA at all times.
- Navigate multiple systems/applications to complete charts.
- Works discharge lists daily to ensure all charts are accounted for.
- Preps, scans, and analyzes all charts for completeness.
- Quality checks charts to ensure chart is complete.
- Performs daily maintenance on scan equipment.
- Scans loose chart documents timely.
- Answer phones, process faxes, and waits on customers.
- Send weekly doctors deficiency letters.
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
