About the role

Charlotte Tilbury is recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Makeup Artist team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business.

Responsibilities

• Promote and create makeup artistry in-store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.
• Drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting brand values and customer base.
• Achieve sales targets by creating an amazing experience and exemplary service.
• Exude passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and personalized shopping experiences.

Main Duties

Sales

• Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
• Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

Customer Service

• Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.

Team Work

• Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach toward work and colleagues.
• Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.

Operations

• Ensure the counter/gondola is "customer ready" from open to close of business.
• Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
• Assist with maintaining required inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment.
• Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with the Sales and Artistry Executive.
• Assist in the execution of events.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns.
• Maintain high standards in managing schedules, clocking in and out, and submitting timesheets on the payroll application (allwork).

Requirements

• Sales-driven with experience in beauty and retail.
