Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Expert - Houston Area (Part Time)

Main Duties

• Strive to achieve event sales goals, and sales per hour target
• Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge

• Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
• Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and creativity at all times

Sales

Operations

• Ensure the counter/gondola is "customer ready" from open to close of business
• Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards. Clean display units, tools and testers throughout the day
• Aid in maintaining the required inventory levels to include stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment
• Aid in visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with Sales and Artistry Executive
• Aid in the execution of events and launches
• Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns
• Consistent reporting of shift productivity (Recap of shift supported)
• Maintain high standards managing schedule, clocking in and out and submitting time sheets on payroll application (allowance)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in Sales Artistry in a Retail environment (experience in Sephora and Ulta preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving daily and event goals and maintaining required SPH
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to build relationships with retail managers and employees
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Cosmetic technical expertise
• Brand Alignment
