Key Responsibilities
- Lead and disciple coaches in alignment with ICFC mission and values
- Oversee player development and training environments
- Coach 1–2 teams
- Recruit and develop coaching staff
- Lead tryouts, team formation, and program growth
- Ensure high parent satisfaction and strong club culture
What We're Looking For
- Strong alignment with faith-based mission and leadership values
- Coaching and/or soccer leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and grow teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to live in or relocate to Charleston, SC
