Charge Services Analyst
About the role
This high-level position leads the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of financial and operational systems within a healthcare environment. The role combines strong technical capabilities with deep functional knowledge of financial operations, particularly around revenue cycle processes, to improve system performance and business outcomes.
The individual will take ownership of key financial platforms, ensuring they are properly configured, optimized, and aligned with organizational needs. This includes refining system rules, workflows, and integrations to support accurate and efficient processing across business functions.
A core part of the role involves partnering with leadership and operational teams to align technology initiatives with broader organizational priorities. The position also leads cross-functional efforts tied to new system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
Additional responsibilities include evaluating current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and driving initiatives to streamline operations through technology. The analyst is expected to bring forward innovative solutions, oversee system performance, and guide projects that enhance overall financial system capabilities.

Requirements
- Experience in IT or healthcare operations.
- Experience leading teams or initiatives.
- Degree in a related field or relevant certification.
- Extensive hands-on experience supporting or managing enterprise financial systems.
- Experience with Financial Systems Sorian.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,028.00 - $88,795.00 per year.
