Charge RN - Surgical Oncology

We are seeking a Charge RN for a Medical Surgical Unit in a full-time night shift role (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends. This position offers extra incentives such as a night differential of $10.00 and a $6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care, demonstrating leadership in nursing practice, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an Oregon Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
