About the role
This full-time, night-shift nursing role involves coordinating and delivering quality patient care across all age groups, from birth onward.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical care based on census demands
- Communicate patient and departmental issues
- Serve as a resource and guide for staff during shifts
- Ensure effective patient care delivery
- Address operational concerns
- Support team members throughout the shift
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ years preferred)
- RN licensure
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization) certification
- Additional certifications such as advanced specialty credentials, intermediate fetal monitoring, and pediatric certifications as required by unit-specific needs
