Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and delivering superior patient care.

Job Description

The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for providing day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff. They ensure compliance with company and facility procedures, approve or disapprove schedule changes, and participate in patient care plan meetings. They also train and orient staff, observe and guide direct patient care staff, and promote compliance with OSHA programs.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
  • Current appropriate state licensure
  • Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of clinical experience in dialysis
  • One-year clinical experience and six months dialysis experience for supervisory or management positions
  • Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis

Pay

$79,000.00 - $133,000.00 annually

Schedule

Varies based on work location and qualifications. Travel to regional, Business Unit, and Corporate meetings may be required.
