Charge Registered Nurse - RN

Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role involves managing a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Inpatient RNs who provide dialysis treatment to patients.

Job Description

As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will lead the hemodialysis team, provide day-to-day direction and supervision to direct patient care staff, and ensure compliance with company and facility procedures. You will also assess patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
• Current appropriate state licensure
• Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of clinical experience in dialysis
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
• Successfully completed a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis

The annual rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.

Schedule

The position requires travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community. Travel to regional, Business Unit, and Corporate meetings may be required.
