Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day guidance and support to direct patient care staff.
• Ensuring compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Assessing patient care needs and distributing assignments.
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administering medications and educating patients and families.
• Supervising all documentation and coordinating with other RNs.
