Charge Registered Nurse
Job Requirements
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure
- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines)
- Hemodialysis experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Proven leadership ability
About the Role
Our Charge Nurses function as the hemodialysis team leader and provide day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. Promotes positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers. Uses tactful and appropriate communications in all work-related interactions.
