Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Perform EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
- Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well‑being is maintained by patient.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License

Pay
$5,000 sign‑on bonus (full‑time only): $1,500 after 3 months; $1,500 after 6 months; $2,000 after 12 months.
